OUR GOAL

Finding the right companies to acquire is a time-consuming process for Private Equity firms, Family Offices/UHNWIs & Strategics, we help expedite this process for them with pro-active outreach to prospective companies that meet their respective target-acquisition criteria.

Once we are provided a list of target-acquisition criteria - e.g. industry/sector, EBITDA/Revenue thresholds/ranges and preferred geographic location, our research team then goes to work to source viable acquisition candidates that fit the stated parameters.

We then engage in pro-active outreach to procure companies that may have an interest in an exploratory conversation with our Private Equity firm clients.

We do not charge Private Equity firms, Family Offices/UHNWIs or Strategic Acquirers any upfront fees for our services, and we only receive Buy-side compensation in the event they purchase one of the companies we have introduced to them - after they have engaged with us.

For opportunities that are already on the market for which we have a deep database, some of the other benefits to working with us (as opposed to tasking or even hiring in-house researchers, analysts and/or business development staff to perform much the same services) are that our Private Equity firm, Family Office/UHNWI and Stategic Acquirer clients are able to gain insight such as how long an opportunity has been on the market, if any IOIs or LOIs have been issued and what reasons there have been that other interested parties previously passed on the opportunity.
